Sliced Smoked Salmon

This is the finest Scottish salmon available. Farmed on the West Coast of Scotland in a fast flowing loch to ensure the fish are kept healthy and have reduced fat content. They are then traditionally smoked using oak and beech wood to produce a truly delicious feast. Available either long sliced or "D" sliced.
